According to one McKinsey report, employees spend 1.8 hours per day, or 9.3 hours per week, on the hunt for information. So while the investment in business intelligence may seem like a big one for your company, multiply those 9.3 hours per week by 100 employees at $40/hour for a minimum of $37,200 wasted per year!
